Wine Century Club Application

An Appendix in the book, A Wine Journey, has an application for the Wine Century Club. Rather than writing in the book, we made the application available here as a pdf file. You can download the file and print it. Once you have tasted 100 different grape varieties, email a copy of the application to the Wine Century Club. Their email is on the application.

The application is a great tool to use as you travel on your wine journey. It is similiar to collecting passport stamps, but in this case you get to drink wine. Just check the variety of grape or grapes that was in the wine. You may also wish to add a note, perhaps where you tasted the wine. The application is on the honor system.
