	When spring flowering trees show their color, it is time to make decisions at Vint Hill Craft Winery.
	We discussed three Cabernet Sauvignon wines.
	At the first sorting table, MOG, materials other than grapes, are removed.
	Kathy gently pressed the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to create juice.
	Terry measured and added winemaking substances to the fermentation bin.
	Kathy kept a hose in the stainless steel tank, while the wine was pumped to the barrel.
	Looking into the bunghole, it is difficult to see the level of the wine.
	The bottling equipment was steamed cleaned and cooled prior to using it.
