Introduction and Chapter 1

	Dick Naylor, owner and winemaker, showed us a two-chambered glass bottle that held wine on one side and water on the other. This bottle, from Austria, had a cap on the top. Children would drink the combination of water and wine poured from this bottle. The bottle allowed a dilution of water and wine until children were old enough to drink undiluted wine.
